Such a fool for Original Gazers!!! 😎🖤 The few, the proud...The Shoegazers!!! 🖤🖤🖤
It’s 2021 and I’m still rockin’ this jam frequently(!) This song really put the hook in me when I first heard it in ‘91 and it remains high on my list of all-time faves. Brilliant track.
Hell yeah!!! Late 40s here and head first into Shoegaze for the last 30! All my Grunge, Thrash and Black Metal buddies used to tell me over and over again, back in the 90s, that Shoegaze was dead...Now, there's Grungegaze, Blackgaze...😂 the Shoegaze scene has steadily kept up with some awesome new bands (Pinkshinyultrablast, Panda Riot, Ringo Deathstarr, Stove, Bdrmm...) , but OGs like Chapterhouse, Pale Saints, Swervedriver, Moose, Adorable, Swirlies, Catherine Wheel, Drop 19s, Ride, Slowdive, Lillies, and the likes will always be on each and every playlist I own!
@@darthsaya8032 Right on! I LOVE Chapterhouse and Catherine Wheel--have to check out some of those others I don't know--Cheers!
Seriously, this is the best record label and I love all these music videos. It hits close to home.
I love this early 90's dream pop sound, great times!
Still gazing at my shoes. Love it
What a great groove and tone. Real fresh 90s flashback.
Great band and Sound!!❤️❤️
I loved spiear X. never seen this video though. wow takes me back. very much like primal scream before Jim beattie left to form spirea X. fantastic.
Hi everyone. Slowdive, Ride, Revolver, Thousand Yard Stare……55 now but was gazing at my shoes for several years back then.
Love this girl.
Doesn't anyone else remember this?!
i do
Me to! I bought the 12'' and the album.
never stopped liking them. such a jangly jingly poptastic sound such a Shae they weren't better known
Ian Brooks One of my all time favorite songs
Pro tip : you can watch series on KaldroStream. Me and my gf have been using them for watching all kinds of movies lately.
thanks for loading these old videos
Spirea X Jim is so talented, know that Primal Scream would not have been formed if Jim was not a part of the early days.have known Jim since school.
Bobby and Jim gave me my first bass guitar, Spirea X is my pick
Behold: the perfect song
I havent heard this in ages....last time i heard this was back in 1993,thanx for posting....:)
One of my favourite songs!
The 90's was the ideal age
no, no it wasn't.
@@dvyt433 of course it was...from 1988 to 1994 music changed massively, in part driven by the house explosion
@@dvyt433 yeah it was
SPIREA X, COME BACK :D
Love the album, "Rollercoaster" should have been a smash!
*4AD*, are you fucking kidding me? That's a rarest gem, you fucking best you.
very chapterhouse
Someone still's in the 90's!
This girl is simply beautiful :)
the running time says it all...
Reminds me of my Uni days, sadly no video back then or a definite lack of availability.
Trev Johnson knows his stuff alright particularly when he discovered this outfit for his Label 4AD Purealternative FM Through the night Sunday Monday morning
Reminds me of my time prancing up and doon Byres Rd.
Some reason this video really reminds me of the video for The Knife's track 'You Take My Breath Away'
Uowwwww
I fucking love this
goddammit this is so cool
This was featured in the movie Joyride starring Tobey Maguire.
Pretty sure I've smoked something good listening to this
Spiex x
Look up "Adventures in Stereo - Outta Sight" = Same girl singing.
Sounds like Draft Morning by The Byrds.
I used to work with Judith years ago and always thought she was bad ass.
Female Bez. Nice.
and with a mushroom cut to boot! lmaoooo
like Bez but it's shoegaze LOL
Better than Primal Scream
Jim kept the spirit of the best period of the Primals alive, whilst Bobby wandered off into the deep thicket, in pursuit of other tangents.
Whoop steady on surely you mean as good as Primal Scream 😁
An appropriate paean for Brian Jones .
Oddly the lyrics are nowhere to be found, not any transcriptions. Not even provided in Japan edition.
the early 90s was defintely an era where people did not look cool besides primal scream
i do a music video show on youtube, can i please show this???? let me know, i will make sure to give all proper credit and links, thanks!
