Especially nice to see you in a good frame of mind...but your lovely to visit with anytime. I love the smell of new books too...and some old ones as well. As long as they are not musty or moldy smelling. We too are having rain...need a day without so I can get a few things done...may have to go in the rain. May be just me but I love the wet sidewalks covered with leaves, and the smell of fall in the air...sigh! You never talk too much...it's like a fun visit with a favorite niece. Rosti is an old classic Danish brand, they have such quality stuff. Just a tip: You can get hard plastic lids for every bowl size, makes it great to store food in in the fridge instead of single use plastic cover.
My daughter had lovely long hair like Delilah’s, and when she was 3 she donated 12 inches of hair, and still had shoulder length hair, so if you do get a big chop then definitely look into donating 😊

Her hair grows so fast it probably wouldnt be so upsetting if she decided she wanted it longer it is also really good for hair health to cut hair around this age too. PS: I got given a rosti set for my wedding and still have them 22 years later they are so useful and functional but look great too.

My mom bought me a bread making machine. It is so cool. I am reading the directions now and I am glad I decided to read them. It will be a while before I start making bread with it I think. The instructions are 41 pages long and very specific.

My 16 month old is all about soreen bars.. her and her grandad love them 🤢 must have skipped a generation with me. They have loads of different flavours now. Attempting to give mine a bit of variety in her snack obsession too 🤣
Hi there! I have a question about the way Delilah learned to read. In her school, do they start kids by labeling letters by their sounds instead of by the name of the letter? (for example, the other day when she spelled her name she listed the sounds of the letters "duh, eh, luh, ih...") I just think that's such a great way to teach reading and I'm wondering if that's a UK thing or if it's specific to her school. Maybe I'm out of touch, but my understanding is that, here in the states, kids learn the names of the letters first and then the sounds. But it seems like the way Delilah learned was super helpful for her! Thanks for another lovely video :)
Here in Italy they switched to sound first in the last 10/15 years. When I was in elementary school we learnt the names of the letters first. But I think with sounds first it’s easier to learn how to read/write!
I’m in the uk and my kids have learned the sounds (phonics) first then the letters I’m not sure if it’s a uk thing it just schools preference but both my girls have learned to read this way x

I think I was about 7/8 and said o wanted shorter hair and I had hair the length of Delilahs 🥰 And I am the same with drinking water 😂 I only drink out of a bottle with a straw - I’m like a child 😂

No recipe, just some wholewheat noodles mixed in with vegetables (stir fried with oil - sesame/avocado) and dowsed in Noji teriyaki sauce x

6:45 I've stopped buying flip top bottles now as they always leak. It doesnt matter how expensive they are.
I’ve been using the 24 Bottle one with sport lid and it doesn’t leak! If you want to give another go 😂
