Check out some of the guys on social media that make the mottled type eggs. They look amazing. These work on the stocked rainbows here in SC. The guy that commented below makes some amazing ones. Mine are just a budget type compared to theirs 😂, but the produce. Thanks for watching! 🙏
That is exactly the way I do it. I tried it a few years back. I actually use the heat gun and melt the smaller eggs to conform to the shape of the larger egg. I then leave the mold on the griddle to set the eggs. No cold cracking and turns out real nice. Yes, their are times when the smaller eggs will shot through to the next egg. I usually shoot cooler and slower and let the griddle do the work. I like that someone else is doing the same thing. I've mentioned it on the Facebook groups when people have asked how to do it. I also mottle the eggs with SB paint. I brush the inside of a 1 gallon ziploc bag with a few swipes of a paint brush. I place the eggs in the bag and put my long tip air nozzle inside. I do quick pulses on the air nozzle lever and the eggs fly all around in the bag. Cool video!
I love the looks of those eggs with the mottle on them. I should have put a lil more heat to these. Would like to see yours as well. I've seen some awesome looking eggs made. Thanks for watching!
Excellent video, congratulations, but what diameters do you use in those aluminum molds, I see that there are at least two diameters for vinyl eggs. Good luck friend, keep it up, greetings from Lima Peru
I will have to look up the mold on Bass Tackle. I do not remember the dimensions off top of my head. Greetings from South Carolina! Thanks for watching!
Hello, greetings from Turkey. I would appreciate it if you could let me know where I can find the salmon egg shaped mold you have. What materials do you use?

I add garlic scent to them. Just spray it into container or bag when packaging. Thanks!
