Big Ange is more than a match for the media with there negativity in regards to his qualifications, also he is very well versed within the football culture. Have a good feeling about Ange and think he may get the best out of any player that happens to be part of his squad. Would like to know his views on youth development as it seems previous managers haven't been tapping into youth development programme. Oh and yes there are players there that deserve to be part of the first team squad. Think that youth development isn't being used appropriately, it should lead to becoming the second choice cover for first team players. This would allow the club to spend more on first team players as the youth should be stepping up into first team squad as second choice players. Oh just heard big Ange is going to give the academy players the opportunity to break into the first team. Thats good news as would be nice to see one of our own in the mighty Green and White, well said Ange.
@@conor3257 Still seems strange that he didn't know that before he took the job-I'm guessing CEO of a football team isn't exactly a regular hours type of job but there must be a known expectation of what is the right amount of hours to be 'on duty' for? Obviously in hindsight there was no drama,no damaging 'leaks' to media between him and Celtic, but it's still a shame a new face with good experience and a Celtic fan didn't work out.
