Rup - A Prelude to WoW Classic - 60 Rogue PVP

- This movie is a thing I thought I’d never do due to having zero video editing experience and my worthy clips being from various servers over the years. I also haven’t been playing the game for a couple of years now, so the clips I have are quite old already.
However, with retail Classic drawing ever closer and the era of vanilla private servers coming to an end, I somehow got this motivation boost to make something cool out of the top clips I had laying around.
This video is my tribute to the many private servers I played on from 2010 to 2017 and the classic wow community as a whole. Enjoy!

That opening sequence and song combo was killer, dude. You don't need much editing-skills to make good montages like these.
Your macro-management for vanish-cheapshot after the engineering aoe is stellar.
If the player is skilled, watching how the plays were made is more than enough. When you start getting bombarded with a million different filter-explosions, pans and zooms, then it increasingly feels like you're just getting your prick pulled. This was great.
This seriously gave me chills. I played undead rogue in vanilla with max raid tiers. Was so much fun ganking and fighting 3 v 1 and winning
Hey man, b I wouldn’t call myself a hardcore player, going to play with some RL buddies and end game Raid/PVP Looking to play a Rogue or Mage I believe but which one would you say it the easier of the two to master, especially pvp wise. Would love to hear all your suggestions on which one
This is the kind of clarity i strive for. The overwhelming amounts of wisdom applied in these plays make them seem so simple and trivial, but that wisdom can only be earned by applying yourself wholeheartedly in many different ways overtime. This is the apex of what it means to express yourself in wow pvp; you played like a dream.

I can’t wait to be able to mouseover kick or blind another target without losing combo points in Classic, I think it’s at the end patch. I noticed you kept your combo points after switching targets to blind etc. Either way love your work and Greatwizard is a really nice guy, hope you two do a collaboration again.

I played a rogue back in vanilla wow but was too young to fully understand the game and didn't make it to 60/raiding. Im so pumped to play Rogue again in classic! :D

That Vanish to avoid Death Coil and /range 8 against Warriors. That's the Vanilla rogue I'm talking about.

For people that never played vanilla. You need to understand. This rogue is actually EXTREMELY good and is doing tricks that are well ahead of his time. He is very well geared, but so are his opponents.

How did you keep the 5 combo points even after you swapped target and blinded the other guy? Shouldn't they reset cus you changed target?
Pretty good game play man!! Never even heard of that 1st build. It wad usually 21/3/27 hemo like ur 2nd build or 31/8/12 assas daggers for pvp.

His combo points are lost, at least when he's showing the undeada gameplay. You can clearly see him lose them when he's fighting the 2 mages.
@@ownage722 I really don't know, I mean I looked at it 10 times and I'm still not sure. at @09:35 he has 5 combo poins on the gnome, I think he switches to the mounted human and hits him for an autoattack(not sure if he does or not) and then he switches back to the gnome and the combo points are still on.
Older private servers had it wrong. The clips with dwarf and t3 ud are from that era.
as long as rup lives, players will be stuffed into a body bag, in the most stylish way possible
(jokes aside probably some of the most electrifying clips I've seen in any classic PvP montage)
