I personally think that the 180 practice could be better in improving with the help of guardian or sherrif as spamming with phantom will easily kill, but the accuracy will reduce when it comes to real matches. But tbh, I like this method more than miyagi, cause it focuses on the reality of games rather than our discipline. Awesome Vid btw!!!

I honestly recommend incorporating both methods. This method is mostly on wide arm motions and gets you comfortable using different parts of your mousepad. On the other hand, the Miyagi method focuses on building good habits for your precision. Do note that you shouldn't tense your hand up during this because it will lead to poor mouse control and may even cause an injury.
i see both sides on this method, flicking works but training it specifically isn't that worth it (my opinion), essentially pros just aim normally but they have done it for so long that its really fast and to us its just a god flick, nevertheless great guide for beginners will help most aspects of aiming just won't make u tenz in a day
I always used this method to aim train in CS:GO. You normally should do both of 'em for like 10 min each, or until you get bored. Turn on some music while doin 'em, 3 4 songs is the best. Enjoy your time practicing. You will got a boost in flicking, tracking and crosshair placement if practice this daily and the right way. Hope I helped you.
Bro is strafing required in valorant cuz i am so in accurate when I strafe even i haven't properly adjusted with my sensi? i play without a mouse pad, 70 ping and 120 fps, 60 hz what maximum rank can I climb to?
Yes. Counter-Strafing is one of the important in Valorant to climb to high ranks. You can search enough tutorials about it but its very simple. When you go right (D) and see someone and want to shoot just go the other way (A) and you will have like 1 second where the bullets go straight. And that will make a "running and shooting" motion. And equipment or ping doesnt matter it only helps like a little
I would say that this method is gud but miyagi and prems see to ur muscle memory that pros have build for a long time as they are playing fps games for years.i would say that if u are at the best while doing the miyagi or prems method then only try to do this method as it will affect a lot(sry for the wrong english. my english is bad)
No one will do this exactly like in the video i can guarantee that 100% I dont even follow the time routine i only do 1 hour maybe once a month. i just do 5m of the practice range and 2 deathmatch games 1 Rifle 1 Operator/Sheriff. You can change the time and the guide as you desire

This is not better than Miyagi. I have personally tried Miyagi and I can safely say it is one of the better aim training routines out there. It builds a lot of consistency which is important. This method majorly focuses on flicks which are probably the least important aiming mechanic. Crosshair placement > Micro adjustments > Strafe and shoot > Recoil control > Flicks. If you want to build some really good aiming habits go check out the routine Nats follows. It might take an hour or even more every day, but it will improve your aim astronomically.
@@DRNOval YES if u think tenz or any pros gained aim with aimlabs or Kovaaks then u know nothing bro! As u play more game u get more experience and then u know what is good for u !

basically furiouss aim routine on valorant
yep
yeah tbh surprised no one else did this sooner but if he wants i guess its the paarra method for valorant and the furiuosss for cs

both methods are good but it depends on how u aim since there are different aim styles

Ur right miyagi method is just a tracking training which isnt necessary in tactical shooter like valorant .

try to make a sens where you can 540 flick over your whole mousepad
This an awsome guide
works really well
Miyagi aim method is for Xtr and Rawzu and the Parra aim method is for flicked style aimers like tenz
