1 large sweet onion.
250g. Bacon (optional).
1 teaspoon unsalted butter.
Vegetable oil.
1 1/2 - 2 lbs red potatoes.
1 teaspoon dried oregano.
A pinch of cayenne pepper.
A pinch garlic powder.
1 teaspoon salt.
Balck pepper.
Chopped parsley.
