Dude chords are so hard to play but honestly it keeps occupied and busy and gives you the will to wanting to learn it !!! But my only problem is switching fast to that Fmaj7 chord that's the hard part but overall it's a pretty Easy it takes alot of practice playing with chords brother 😅😅😵
This is the dude you need if you are learning guitar. I've been picking up a guitar for about 7 years and never really getting anywhere. Explained this song in such a stright forward way, made it so easy to learn (still not perfect but I'm getting there)

That's the best acoustic arrangement for this song and it sounds simply amazing. It's also accurate and sounds more like the studio version. I don't understand why a lot of people here keep making lessons with different chords which sound weird.

The third video I watch from you and have to say you do a great job. Most "lessons" do just "This are the chords" and some kind of strumming pattern. You on the other hand come to the point. "Chords" "Strumming" and then the little extra details that make the song. Really great job. Especially for beginner, the strumming pattern is far more important than the chords.

Not sure if this is super common knowledge but i just learned it a week or so ago, put your capo on the 3rd fret for this song then tune to standard. Hope this helps someone. Also first fret can be used for just a half step and alot of songs are a half step down 💪

For anyone wanting to play it exactly like Corey Taylor, instead of just alternating hitting the bottom strings and all the strings on the d/d/d/d/d/d/d/d, hit them with the pattern A, B, A, B, B, A, B, then A on the chord change. (A meaning strumming all of the strings, B just the bottom strings)

My son had an accident when he was 18 years old he has a brain injury and he's legally blind he used to play in a band and I hope I can download this and send it to him so that he can play again but he refuses to try because he could become so depressed he also lost a girlfriend and a head-on collision

Good video. I have started learning guitar some days ago and am still struggling with chord siwtching. Especially the switch from Fmaj7/C to C. In Fmaj 7 my finger is always beneath my ringfinger. Dont know how to get away with it in time :D

I really like this video becase its very informative, and love the graphics. Explained every part extremely well and the strumming too. Best tutorial for Snuff acoustic version and believe me, I searched in all 3 languages that I speak!!!
I like how you take your time and don't rush anything, some other tutorials are worried about having too long videos an rsh everything into 5 minutes. TBH I don't mind watching a 10, 15 or 20+ minute tutorial as long as its well put together like this one.

Hey David! I’ve been trying to play snuff for years now and have had a hard time playing it but this has had me the most accurate but the only thing I’m having a problem with is the switching that I just can’t get right when ur strumming and doing the half strum do you do a full strum when u switch chords or a half strum to switch because I can’t get that good flow that you have

Vermilion Pt.2 is a great song. It's the first full song I actually learned on guitar haha I put a video up of it on my UA-cam channel. It's not a perfect play through though as it's meant to be a "learning process" channel. It's called TheZstring haha
