I have gone from a 2018 Audi Q7 to a 2019 RR Sport DV6 , and am more than happy with RR , yes the RR leans slightly more mid corner above 65mph, I have 21” Wheels and can’t notice any difference in ride quality..the Audi has even less physical buttons but I agree faster touch screen, build quality is on a par...one clinical and Germanic with hard seats Audi and One coasting with a much better leather smell and soft feel..I appreciate Audi is newer design but in 15000 miles I never actually warmed to, or liked the car...I am not sure if this chap is being sponsored for every time he says Audi Q7
The quality on the Q7 is far better than the JLR vehicles. Even the XJ quality leaves a lot to be desired when compared to the 7 series or A8. The Q7 is a great SUB, up until the new X5 then I would say it was the best of the best. RR’s are kind of a niche, it’s the driving position and the overall appeal that makes them desirable, can’t blame anyone for getting one for that but overall I would still say the Q7 is better or the X5. That doesn’t mean I wouldn’t ever get a Vogue or Sport but it will mean compromising on quality and technology.
Hilarious. We literally just did the same thing last week. Had a 17 Q7 Prestige and moved to the RR Sport HST and am soooo happy we did. People can say all they want about reliability, that’s what warranties are for. Totally agree with you on the harsh Audi seats. The RRS is like luxurious couch.
jrekasie Wow, how do you guys find Audi's seats harder than the RRSport's one. I' ve been in both cars and soooo excited for Range, but i was ( without being overdramatic) shocked how hard the seats were. Beacuse i expected them to be spft as cloud( being a range rover). Then i tried the Velar, Vogue and Evoque and all these were comfy, bit somehow the softest were in the Evoque. And i would still get Sport rather then q7 because it's my fave car. I cant disagree more with your comment on fit on the inside saying it's not up to say a Audi Q7 quality" . Having both 2019's there is no comparison to the RRS over the Q7. The RRS feel put together and now with 20k miles on both, the Audi feels a little looser and the RRS feels like day one. Granted they drive totally different. RRS feel heavy but solid and the Audi Q7 feels lighter but not as luxurious. Both great SUV but sooo different in there execution.

Cars are mechanical items and may occasionally have issues but it definitely is not as bad as you make it.
vnwaneri / finished bottom of the reliability of suv
The trim inside feels like plastic and not luxury at all. Too much plastic they just look good. Fancy a range rover? Get the Vogue, range rover sport is too hyped up.
The interior color is ugly.
stolen and locked outtah my email rescue crew backstabbed
The velar looks horrible
My fawrt
What a BS review. You complain it drives hard, but you put 21 inch rims. Come on, man. Reliability issues? It is my 3rd now, never had any issues. Previous one had 300000 km when I changed it to the 2018 RRS. (60000 km, no orbs what so ever. ) When see some UA-cam videos of fruitloops driving range rovers like they are driving drag racers on a circuit...I guess all cars would have issues. It is an all terrain vehicle, not a sports car FFS.
my car can go there
Good grief I wish this gigantic alloy fad would end already... And the screens everywhere + touch only controls fads.
Also of note: this is an SUV whose rear seats don't fold flat.
They don’t look as good as they use to
Driving on the wrong side of the road!
