Argiope Aurantia Ecology: A Call for Research

These black and yellow garden spiders appear to orient their webs with a purpose. There was research already conducted for similar behavior displayed by the Banded Garden Spiders (Argiope trifasciata), however, they would usually behave like spider number 5 in this video.

I just found one outside the entrance to my house and I got beautiful pictures! I love all spiders but these beautiful animals are beyond any Arachnid I've seen ever!
