Pretty in Pink Valentine Bâtard

This was my first attempt using Purple Sweet Potato Flour. I was inspired by Katrina over ‪@thesourdoughmama‬ !
This was the beginning of a month of pink and purple loaves and my first time using my ‪@rosehillsourdough‬ oval banneton.
