- I'm answering some of the common questions that I get about Disney Infinity 3.0, and one of those questions is how to unlock the Keyblade. So, in today's episode of Toy Box Tutorials, I will show you exactly what you need to do to unlock Sora's Keyblade from Kingdom Hearts. This is the ultimate unlock in 3.0, and unfortunately there is a lot of incorrect and conflicting information out there about how to unlock it. Hopefully, this video will clear up the confusion. I really stumbled across the Keyblade. It was a great surprise tbh, as I was completely unaware of it in the game when I unlocked it!!! Nice that you're showing ppl how to do it 🙂
Thanks! I bet that was a neat surprise! I would have liked to see them do more with Kingdom Hearts in Disney Infinity, but I suspect that may have been part of the plan for the 4.0 version (which was called "Kingdoms" in the alpha footage).

Huh, I just thought I needed all of the character from every version. I already had all the figures (aside from the light up Star Wars figures.) and since I did the 3.0 figures last it just seemed like I needed all of them. I also wasn’t aware of that Ragnarock spell which looks strong.

It's nice they managed to give the Keyblade some -Final Fantasy- Kingdom Hearts spells to go with it
Also I did see a mod for PC on Nexus Mods but UA-cam automod doesn't really like random links 😅

I think the limited edition was referring to the exclusive D23 King Mickey power disc, not the keyblade unlock.

Even though i unlock the Keyblade thanks to a modding on pc where i only made mickey mouse(it can be any! character but i chose mickey because it fit the theme) be the only ultimate unlock requirement to unlock it, still thank you for showing it how to do it
Absolutely! The people on consoles needed this. What did you have to do to unlock it on PC?
@@professortoybox decrypting files and changing line of code so that it only read 1 figure instead of 39 it also involves model number like mickey model number is INF-1000221, hopefully it explain it well how i got the Keyblade for pc
Thanks for the video, it was great! Can you do one on the Oceaneer Band unlocks? Specifically I want to know if it is possible to use the Oceaneer band to unlock anything since the servers went down?
I’ve heard that replacing the battery in the band will allow you to unlock the cruise ship vehicle, but not the toybox.
My understanding is that the oceaneer band does not work. It required the servers, which no longer exist.
I'm pretty sure there will be a PC mod out there somewhere, i can try find a link to one if you'd like

That would have been nice, but at least we can make our own unofficial content in toy box mode. That’s why I created my channel and blog. So, at least we have that.

For the PC version nexus mods has the mod,after that it unlocks after all characters are level 1 or higher

Has there been a work around discovered for the toy box text box?
There is no workaround for the text creator… not on consoles. That Creativi-toy requires the servers, which no longer exist. I think there may be a mod for PC, but I don’t know anything about that. You’ll need to ask on the Disney Infinity discord or Reddit. As for consoles, you should checkout my storytelling mini-series, where I talk about alternatives to the text creator and how to tell stories without text.
Yes there are mods about the keyblade fortunately enough. If you want me to link a specific one then ask me.
That would be helpful, but UA-cam probably wouldn’t allow a direct link. But I’m sure any information that would help direct PC players to it would be appreciated.
There's one in Nexus Mods that mods the game to unlock the keyblade when all existing characters are in level 1 or above

Well the pc one sucks then it’s not worth the price and that’s what am stuck with. I won’t bother modding
Yeah, even if I had a PC (which I don’t), I personally would still stick with the console version because it is more complete. But I feel your pain, because I’ll never be able to use any mods without hacking my console, which I will never do. So no Peter Pan for me!
@@professortoybox if only they didn’t go bankrupt they could brought it to new generation consoles. This game is still better then that cash cow broken glitchy dream light valley.

It could be that the requirements are different on PC. The consoles had some updates that the PC versions didn’t get, which added the Marvel Battleground and Finding Dory play sets and the additional figures that were added later. Maybe they changed something regarding the keyblade unlock, because again, it was Nemo who unlocked it for me. I was going by the “official” list of required figures, and wasn’t expecting the keyblade to unlock when I touched Nemo’s statue. I had not even leveled up the Inside Out characters yet (except Joy) or activated any of their statues in the hall of heroes. So, obviously something changed or was incorrect about the requirements.

@@JohnLogostini Can you unlock the keyblade on PC without modding? I would assume that if the PC version didn't get the update with the new characters, then it would have the requirements that were in place before that update.
@@pinkgamerprincess3657 No you cant unlock the Keyblade without mods the game checks if you have the 4 Marvel characters even though there wear never released so the mod just removes the check for the 4 IDs it's litterley 4 lines of text to get working
