I am a young white south african living as part of nation dealing with the aftermath of settler colonialism my forefathers wrought. Your lyrics and your words are clear and truly inspirational. I wish more could be exposed to your wisdom and attitude.

Thank you Frank Walh and Al Jazeera. If I only had 1 word to use regarding this artist, it would be Excellent!
I am an 60 African American woman and my father has Native American blood n his background. Only recently did he share that fact with me. Due to the heavy prejudice suffered of both groups (AA and Native) during his formative years he did not speak on it before.
. Frank spoke on that during the segment. Mr. Walh, please continue to make your voice heard. I hope you will have the opportunity to perform in the LA, Long Beach CA area in the future.

Hi mom. Wow, how amazing that I felt led to rewatch this video, 9 months later. I remember when I sent this to you, to watch it, as I knew you were a fan of Frank's too. Now in such a short time, you are gone, departed from this earth. 😓
I miss you so much, mom. I feel amazed to have found this comment, and it reminds me that your spirit is still very much alive. Rip. Thank you for all your support during your 61 years of life on this earth. And I am honored to have had you as my mom! You still are, and always will be. 🙏❤

Native Americans are not gone as a matter of fact many of the so-called Latinos/Hispanics coming from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Colombia...etc are Native Americans themselves.

Frank Waln is amazing. I have been following this man for awhile and would love for more people to know about him and the facts he speaks on. Similar to the person who commented at 6:51, I am not a fan of hip-hop at all, yet I really like listening to Frank Waln's work. There is something about the lyrics, meaning, and teaching that comes through his work that makes me want to listen. He really educates and empowers many through his lyrics. He seems like a humble man and I wish him the very best on his journey.

You sing "We still face genocide in this Colonial state." Same for us Melanau in sarawak malaysia & also the Orang Asli in Malaysia suffer attempted genocide of heritage manipulation on documents like Birth certificates & IDs by the state.
My people are from the river "Likou" in Sarawak Borneo. Thank you for your fighting for your people the Lakota. I talk about my people the Melanau after they tried to steal our identity, heritage & changed my race on my IC card in Malaysia to try & force me still today 2018 with threats & intimidation to give up being what I am. Melanau! They will never win!
Thank you Frank Waln! Your message is powerful for many native peoples across the world.
It creates powerful energy & opens eyes to many indigenous peoples
From Polaris Lily Polaris Northern Star & my husband Sky

Love your music and I'm from England. I love the land and i hate what has happened to your people. I studied N A Indian history in England and felt disgusted and angery about it. But its still happening in our time in here and in different countries. Yes Gaza is one of them. NAM MYOHO RENGE KYO. We need to chant and change the world.

Dear Frank, I need not express my credentials, or speak of our sufferings that may relate to your music.
I see you are growing hope, spreading history, and voicing out sufferings that we all can relate to as a human being of different nations.
This is not a easy task in a world we live in, Whether it be entertainment, fashion, or politics,
Especially when we are all taught to be seen a particular way.
Essentially, I want to say keep up the purity of your work, and use your influence wisely, let it always unite people as it does now.
and Remember do not let the truth you speak of, change your truths with promises of fame and fortune.
Be yourself and universal blessings of the universe will be come as it has today.

I totally agree with that because my tribe was colonized back in the late 1800s. And during that time Chief Joseph was subjected to a lot of mockery by the Caucasian people. And today which is 2022, last year I spent time in the colville confederated tribe jail. I met my sister's friend who was an officer in the jail and she told me that in my tribe they're not enrolling the native children but they're enrolling Caucasian kids. And I see this all over United States where Caucasian people are being enrolled in large numbers into our tribes and I believe it's a a ruse to exterminate all native American people from planet Earth. Whether it be by false documents or breeding us out.

  • @jenniferbourgeau49
    @jenniferbourgeau49 2 роки тому

Well just my opinion. I think so-called native Americans need to step away from hip Hop because if you go and research hip hop and what it does to the black community is horrific. There's a lot of black people who are speaking against hip Hop because of what it does to their people. And the same concept is also being practiced now among the native American people. So that same Spirit that's in hip Hop culture is going to be transferred to the native American communities. So I'm happy that you're making money but you're making it in the wrong way.
