Everyone conducts more than a year of research for graduation, as it’s a must to graduate. Therefore, they can easily publish their results in a simple journal since they already have enough data. The only challenge is formatting the paper. Regarding the IELTS exam, it’s still manageable if someone plans for it, but nowadays, many scholarships don’t require IELTS. It’s actually a matter of commitment.

which portal? The Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship Programme does not require IELTS. However, the university you choose may require IELTS or another proof of English language proficiency, so you should select a university based on your available documents.

Hello, Thank you very much for your email and your interest in our laboratory. Unfortunately, students from outside the EU have only a very small chance of getting an IRC scholarship and in the past, I have found that even outstanding applicants from outside the EU are not being considered. Although I regret this obvious bias against non-EU students, there is nothing I can do about it. This shows that they do accept non-EU students, but not as many as Europeans. It might be better to consider other universities; there are more than 20 to choose from.

Contacting professors doesn’t take much time. If they are interested, they will respond quickly, and then you can proceed with the next steps.
