Fantastic Remix of the Mr Cool of Rock and R&B - Robert Palmer (R.I.P) ... He had such a recognisable voice and musical style. In my opinion Chris Rea and Robert Palmer have very similar and instantly recognisable voices.

I am not over keen on re-mixes that have been re-arranged from the original production. This is an underrated hit of the late legend Mr. Robert Palmer. It just goes to show how music was and has changed not to appreciate good music.

You removed the soul of this song; the bass line.
you've obviously got an exceptional ear, as it's actually the same bass line from the multi track that featured in the original, be it more sparsely arranged but fully intact for much of the arrangement. anyway, i think most people would agree "the soul" of this song is palmer's voice
