Yes, he will get them all actually. I truly believe it. And now his confidence has grown after beating Djokovic at Wimbledon, and imagine the confidence boost it will give him for the USO coming in about 6 weeks. It will be truly awesome. I think they will both come to the final. I heard Djokovic is increasing his physical workouts and tennis practice training these days so he must be fearing someone like Alcaraz already and have done so for a while I guess. Imagine this was only Alcaraz' 18th match at a grass court and he managed to win not only a title where they played 3 sets but also the biggest title on grass of 5 sets this spring and summer, and that is truly amazing, to beat the best player in the world on grass the last 10 years or so. I think Mats Wilander is rather stupid when he says he thinks Alcaraz will win 10-15 slams. We can already tell that Alcaraz is the new Nadal on clay and he has actually won 2 grand slams already on the remaining 2 surfaces hard court and grass, so now he will be excited to win the next one on clay at Rolland Garros next year and then the Olympics I assume. I think he will win the men's doubles for sure if he plays with an injury-free Nadal although I do actually want Nadal to win both Rolland Garros as a slam and the Olympics there before he retires, although I do not want him to retire as it should not be necessary as I truly feel he could keep playing the slams only and at least Rolland Garros and/or possibly the clay season for many years to come. The reason I say this is that for instance both Caroline Wozniacki and Kevin Anderson is returning to the sport after a long absence, and Anderson had a lot of pain that are now much resolved after he took time off. Nadal should just take more time off and I am sure his expert team can find a way for him to play some tournaments as I truly think the sport needs it. I do believe Alcaraz will win USO this year and that Djokovic will be embarrased if he keeps loosing to Alcaraz in the final of grand slams to come, and I am thinking Djokovic will struggle with his belief in long grand matches when he is 16 years older than Alcaraz as it is a very big age gap between them and Alcaraz is the type of player that does not run out of energy and he knows it too as he even said so before the final :)

His self analysis was spot on in that press conference. Everything he said is exactly how I had summed up the match from his side both mentally and physically. He is proving to be quite self aware as an athlete and that may help to keep him focused and have clear perspectives about his game.
His English improved so much. He just works hard at tennis & everything else. 👏👏
por vfavor Carlos: NO APRENDAS INGLES, NO PIERDAS con eso el tiempo
@@ricardomarquez5682y lo dice uno que ni sabe escribir en castellano 😂
Famous victory. Famous performance. Carlos alacarz ascends to the very top of mens tennis. Well deserved. Massive congrats.
he seems nice
Legend
No one think he can beat Novak on grass after he lost 1st set 6-1 but he did it! What a come back!
I think this Carlos dude will be the best EVER and break all the records!
An absolutely thrilling match, so happy for him! Note what he said: I played and wanted to win for myself, not for the younger generation (or anyone else). I believe this is key and this is where Ons went totally off the rails in her final - instead of playing for herself, she tried playing for Tunisia and the continent of Africa. She forgot to try to achieve it just for her own self.
That long game was the deciding moment. Mentally for both of them.
Congrats Carlos on winning your first Wimbledon title! Awesome job! 👏🏻 🏆
The fact that he is only 20 years old is astoundingly good. If he can stay injury free throughout his career, he can be one of the GOAT.
20 is not really that amazing, Serena won her first grandslam at 17.
@@sophonblock76 please dont compare womens tennis with mens. an unranked female just won the wimbledon, would never happen on the mens side + serena would get spanked by any top 10 000 in mens tennis all day
@@02289thanks Lmao hes gonna tell u its the same . Definitly not the same intensity not same stamina required. Sorry but women level is kind of a joke in term of intensity next to a final men wimbledon 2023 like this.
@@RedouaneRedou yeah, by those standards a 9 year old male talent would win all the slams in a calendar year in womens tennis
He is the goat
he is an amazing player at his age, mindblowing stuff..he is way ahead of players of his generations...he will be favourite at every slam once novak, rafa retires and it will be crazy, how many slams he can win
@@adelaideholmes5674 lol long essay :)
Exciting to have a true young star on the tennis scene.
Tan bello carlitosss que humildad❤
Incredible tournament run, fantastic win. Congratulations to Alcaraz and his team.
a nice and humble guy
A 20 year old taking over the legend is unthinkable -ALCARAZ is what icons are made of - it is his mental toughness which got him the match - he looked so confident and full of positivity and so evolved
Yes, as well as his tactical game plan, getting Novak running until he got the final put away shot, being patient, and grinding Novak down, at his own game.
He is inspiration for all young guys out there irrespective of sport or life
So happy for Carlos. Amazing achievement, amazing tennis and great new rivalry.
Such discipline and composure for a lad his age! I hope he stays humble... The future of men's tennis is in his hands. I believe he will be an example to the young stars of the future. Btw! Freekin amazing game... Best I've seen
Tennis is moving fast, Carlos better watch out, before long we may see another star to replace him.
@@daveoliver5838 that's inevitable... For all disciplines
Very impressive and intelligent young man. Very determined to be no.1 he will dominate for many years to come!
Outsmarting the Best makes Carlos ALCARAZ the New Generation of tennis! To date, he is all alone - hoping the likes of Jannik Sinner, Holger Rune & Casper Ruud - and who else will UP their tennis 🎾 skills! Charisma, adorable, smart, witty - running out of descriptions to describe this young 20 year old man from Spain! VAMOS CARLOS! ❤
wow quick hop on to the bandwagon lol
Admiration for Carlos, his game, with age and talent at his side... there is going to more epic matches one after another... Vamos Carlos!!
A great new champion. The future of men’s tennis looks bright. Congratulations Carlos.
It is kind of interesting that Alcaraz, who was brought up playing tennis on clay in Spain, has his first and second major victories on hardcourt and grass, respectively. But I am sure he will win plenty of French Opens in the future!
Yes, I'd love to see him 'dethrone Nadal,' now- on his own surface.😄
So huge congratulations to Carlos. Very well deserved.
Lets see what he is up to in ten years.
I was so happy to see Carlos win. This needed to happen.
what an absolute beast. this match will have changed him
Generational talent. Vamos Carlitos, esto solo empieza!
His joy is unstoppable and he looks quite cute with the hat 😂❤ anyway congratulations for ur huge success
The changing of the guard! Well done Carlos!
The us will probably decide if it is truly the ‘changing of the guard’
@@account-369this is true but it’s not hateful comment. Novak has always been dominant on grass so to see Alcaraz beat him here is quite a shock… time will tell if it truly was the changing of the guard
The changing of the guard! will happen slowly over the next 4 years -
@@louiscyphre7023 4 years? Djokovic will be 40 in 4 years! Perhaps more like 2
@@account-369 Alcaraz didn't even play at AO... And at RG he was physically impaired...
Why is this the biggest moment of this life???? What kind of question is that??? He is 20 years old and beat the greatest mens player of all times at Wimbledon!! These reporters are not bright!
Novak is not the greatest men's player of all time. The crowd told him that along with ppl all over the world all over social media today. The moment yall realize that, the better yall life will be..
@@ce7768 What's your point ? Take a look at the statistics

Hes right. That second set tie break win was HUGE. Lose that and ur done in 3. And imo, winning that monster marathon of that deuce game rally gave him belief!!
when all the big 3 players are gone, their fans will be rooting for alcaraz. together with his other fans, the fan base will be huge🤩
Legend in the making…. My guy Carlitos congratulations!🎉
Speaks very well!!
Awesome job Alcaraz
Best summation of him! He’s a combo of the GOATS. Body & God willing, he’s only just getting started. Grand Slam at some point is a strong possibility.
Djokovic has encountered a formidable foe to challenge him on continuing to break records. This is gonna be a great rivalry!!
The way he calls Novak the “legend”. Can’t wait to see more of his play!
