Then after 20 minutes it will start normally without any problem. Car servicing person told that it is due to weak battery. Went to battery shop for purchase of new battery. Upon checking he found that normal battery voltage was 13.6 volts and during cranking it was 10.1 volts. He told that battery is ok now. Now what should I do to solve this problem?

What's this main fault? I think the problem of carbon brush rusting and field coil rusting. That's the reason Armature spin not fast. Thus, Why did you changed solenoid switch? Actually, Solenoid switch engaged the Bendix to flywheel ring and the battery power transmitted to the Armature. That was engaged properly. As I point of view, the vehicle problem was rusting carbon brush set and stator coil rusting. I questioned to you about this video that is why did you changed solenoid switch?
Bro it seems you have very good knowledge on this system as per your comment... As you say solenoid swicth engage bendix pinion to flywheel and also transmit battery power to armature... So if solenoid swicth have some problem like due to burning or internal short it's resistance become higher then it's specific resistance. So if resistance becomes increase then flow of battery voltage become decrease or disturbed.... If battery voltage supply to armature decrease then self stator will spin slowly. That's why I change it.

So, it's flow the battery power didn't give to Armature. One small question to you that, If you changed only solenoid switch, what will happened? I think, the Armature didn't spin high speed due to rusting carbon brush and rusting field coil. When you cleaned and removed rust from brush and stator coil, then that spin high speed. I understood that, Whether you will cleaned only rust from starter motor, the motor spin not fast, because lack amount power didn't give to solenoid. So, You will changed the next one is solenoid switch. I understood and knew of your comment. Very best explanation. Thanks for spend your precious time.
Actually I didn't not share one point of checking on this video...when I was checking the out put from solenoid to armature it shown 10 v approx sometime it decrease to 7 v.. 4 main dene se cooling kam hoga.... Air pressure jada hoga. 2 spedd main thanda acha hota hain. Grill temperature 6-8degree hone se thik hain.

Engine over heating isue, check coolant in this situation and water pumb is working or not
