Dalia Lama has asked people not to do this practice as he believes it is harmful to him.
Why insist on doing this practice when there are hundreds of practices and deities that are not suspect? Why take the risk?
I trust and respect the Dalai Lama, he tells the truth.
Go read 50 verses of guru devotion ffs. Did you even watch the video? There are subtitles also. If you have such an issue kindly agree to disagree calmly. Also please do know what interfering in others guru samaya does to your OWN practice. Thats their own responsibility. I would rather be more concerned about the repercussions of interfering in that. If you want to risk that, go ahead. Also, ones root guru is one root guru. There is no "better" or "worse", "wrong or right" guru once you have agreed to follow a guru and taken the commitments. Interfering in others practices apparently doesn't have a good effect for you, if the tantric vows are correct.

Dalai Lama has warned against this practice. Samaya should not be used as an excuse for doing harm.
@@robertwilliams8364 wow. Seems like you really know nothing. So if your guru passes away you stop your practise amd commitments? Thats basically what you are saying. And yes you are literally interfering by creating doubt and perhaps making students doubt their teacher. It's dangerous for them if they have taken vows.
Also, So how did Buddhism survive after Lord Buddha passed away lol. It's through the disciples, and that's based on commitments in vajrayana. There is no harm, only harm is in your mind. If you took the time to watch the viepdeo you would have understood that those commitments cannot be broken unless you want to go to a very bad place.
@@robertwilliams8364 there is no problem if you disagree but then just don't watch or participate. Causing doubt in the minds of students who have taken rinpoche or any other teacher as a guru is not good for you. That is their responsibility if they have agreed to it.
I would not simply say it for rinpoche, but any other guru also. That's their commitments, their choice.
@@sebee555 You should write to Dalai Lama and accuse him of creating doubt too. I'm only saying what Dalai Lama said. If you disagree then you can ignore me. You can ignore Dalai Lama too. You are free.
