It’s literally called energy… It should be energetic, super bright. It doesn’t need to be Toned down. It’s not called Versace eros relaxation. I’m 100% positive that it hit the brief that it was trying to hit

I guess we can forget about powerful fragrances. Worldwide inflation makes companies greedier and think how to maximise profits. A fragrance that is literally called ENERGY is tuned down performance wise, compared to the eros line. Amazing
It’s powerful enough to produce a headache
Performance doesn’t necessarily mean they’re using more expensive materials. Some of the cheapest materials perform the best. Honestly pricing is up in the air. Independent niche brands probably have the best value for what they use. Designer and big niche brands price their products at whatever price they can get away with.
The inflation isn’t a big problem, your can hold you capital in gold, some stocks, buildings.
Punchy... Intense... Sweet... Not too Sweet... Pachuli :) ... Headache :( ... Pepper ... OK ... Masculine ... I Don't think I like It :) ... ODD... It Broke...

Nice first impression! I enjoy it and bought a bottle from Dillards today ($115 for 100 ml), but my daughter said it smelled like a cleaning product lol. I'm a huge fan of citrusy/fruity frags though. I get the Aventus comparison, but I'd say it's closer to Explorer with how the fruitiness lingers longer into the dry down whereas the woods kick in more during the Aventus drydown. Also, I agree- Aventus is more of a year round scent where this really screams summer to me. One downside is that I've only been wearing it a couple of hours and it seems to be getting into skin scent territory.
Bought the 50ml from Sephora today and sprayed on 2 pumps to the chest in the car. 4 hours later and it is a skin scent. On my skin it was lemon/lime + orange and about 30min later it was mostly Mont Blanc Explorer. This is about as honest as I can get. I like it, but that is me.
The performanced doesn't good? Whic one is better better the original Eros and this new release bro?
@@vjakkapun I haven't tried the original Eros. However, 4-5 sprays of Energy and the performance was much better. 7+ hours.
This releasing now that the summer is over is about as smart a move as one in Marketing could make right?

Only people in fragcom actually care about wearing fragrances seasonally. The average person will just buy a fragrance that they like and just wear it regardless of the season or occasion.

@@edt4062 I feel ya, no one is going to give you the side eye because you're wearing Versace Pour Homme in the middle of December. Since the majority of us will be in climate controlled environments, you can wear pretty much any fragrances as long you adjust the sprays.
Then again..there is a whole other part of the world that is about to experience summer in a few months.
funny thing is that I am one of the very very few that was never into the Eros DNA, it has always been so weird for me to see so many people loving it and me not being able to enjoy it or wanting to wear it at all so from the beginning I wasn´t even looking into get this :)
Adventus Cologne is fire (if you don´t mind spraying it many times a day)
When you say lemon candy, it makes me think of Mancera Lemon Line that smells like a lemon candy.
Lemonheads.. im imagining Dior Cologne or Allure Sport Cologne/Jimmy Ice
It smells like lemon sherbet hard candy. I hated it and sold my bottle. Way too strong. Aventus with synthetic lemon overdose. It also doesn’t last. dry down hot headachy on me too and after a while when turned my stomach. Like when you eat too much sugary candy. Cloudy lemonade with sweetner. Versace’s worst fragrance yet imo.

Its the trend now. Drag the release to make more hype and eventually people will swarm the fragrance like a hord. Everything is about marketing and maximize profits this days. Everything. And the more the worldwide inflation will progress, the more everything will be about money, more aggressive marketing and overall people will eat each other.

100% Versace's take on Aventus. Just a bit brighter in the opening.
The should have done a new Dylan Blue version or a flanker. Why change a winning concept. I think Versace make great fragrances but sometimes we have to fail to step up and make a better one next time. When i see yellow i think of piss but i guess they think about citrus haha
Lowkey when I first saw the photos of this fragrance, I thought the yellow looked almost pee color, but after seeing videos of the bottle, the yellow looks much better, almost like the soul stone on the infinity gauntlet

What’s the best out of the Versace Eros line
Eros edt and Eros flame. Some prefer Eros edp. Id say flame is my favorite
Vintage Edt between 2012-2017. They ruined it by killing the jolly rancher apple note and axed the exotic oxmoss base due to IFRA regulations. Edt is now a linear snore that just smells like a minty tonka scent. All these flankers are a gaslight to distract you from the fact they killed the og.

@@thomasglover7937 so my fav season is winter personally but for wearing colognes, i love that its always summer here since i really prefer citrus and bright scents. though i wear EVERY kind of fragrance here with either limited sprays but usually you are indoors in AC all of the time so it does not even matter. my comment was less about my personal enjoyment and more about just cologne like this
