When fineness increases, specific surface available for reaction increases, and so heat of hydration increases. Thus PPC should have much more heat of hydration

Yes, and ppc cement provide more durability and life compare to OPC cement.

What i got is that PPC is best for FOUNDATION coz, it needs less water due less heat of hydration. In foundation we cannot put water for 28 day as we have to close it after few days for next civil work. It will gain the same strength as OPC 53 gr after 28 days. In plaster half of cement fall away from walls it sets before giving final shape of plaster as initial setting of PPC is not as short as OPC. moreso it is fine so it gives good looks. In Brick work due to long initial setting PPC is better than OPC.

Brother PPC is not more fine as compared to OPC .... durability is also high in OPC as compared to PPC

Sir 1 questions tha k agr mera concrete grade M25 hai.. aur design proportion me OPC 53 grade cement used huwa hai...to kya me column casting k liye PPC cement used kr sakta hu OPC 53 grade cement ki jageh... strength mujeh column ka 25 N/mm2 he milega ya kam ahyega 28 days p... please tell me sir

Why we check normal consistency what pupose
Basically consistency confirm the bonding of cement with aggregates, water cement ratio in WET concrete. Without segregation.
As per IS code flyash content should be 25% , But if you are observing PPC cement bag on which 35 % flyash content is mentioned, why?
35% is maximum limit of flyash content in cement as per latest IS 456 codes.
