AMAZING house flip in Detroit - $51,000 in profit | Before and After Renovation

Showing the renovation process of another property we bought on the east side of Detroit. We purchased the property for $60,000 and we ended up putting another $9,000 into the house. After repair value is around $120,000 which gives us a potential profit of $51,000. I actually bought this exact property 3 years ago for $35,000 and sold it for $65,000. So I bought it again for less than what I sold it for. And as you can see, there wasn't really much work needed. Probably the easiest flip ever.

Nice renovation…🤔 Adding an extra bathroom would have been given it some additional value … in basement if not on the top floor .
