How do you whiff the first hit of b2,4 after a b1 counterhit with bryan?

press b2 and immediately f4(don't let b2 hit)

It's not whiffing, he is canceling it by inputting: b2f4 , you need to do this input quickly so that before Bryan throw out the B2 he will cancel it and just do the kick (B2"f4")
