For the Fried Tofu/Ring Roll/Ling Ling Juan/튀김유부 -- it actually tastes much better if you leave it in for just 10 seconds. Enough to soak up the soup while retaining the half-crispy half-cooked consistency!

Haidilao is amazing!!! Customer service is the best out of any restaurant i've ever been to, the food is really good, and you can definitely take the broth home, just ask the employee anything and they'll make sure you got it done. So nice!

중국있을때 자주 먹던 식당이네요 미원 엄청 들어갑니다 먹을땐 맛나지만 먹고나면 계속 갈증나요 속도 불편하고요 소스류에도 엄청 조미료 폭탄입니다 맛은 있지만 건강에도 좋지는 않습니당 야채를 많이 먹을 수 있어 좋지만 조미료 탕에 먹는 야채가 좋을까요

The fried tofu is supposed to be dipped in for 3 seconds so that the texture is still crispy on the inside and soak with soup on the outside. Try that next time.

What an amazing feast. I’ve not tried HDL in my country (Malaysia) but according to my friend, it will cost 30-40usd for someone to be full. 230usd+ is just insane! Btw the fried bean curd roll only take 6-8 seconds to cook and you will get a nice texture infused with the soup 😋
I believe she eats a lot more than normal people do. Most importantly she didn’t order rice, the filler dish.

I went to HDL for my friend's birthday and we spent nearly £200 but that was for 5 people lol but it was sooo good I want to go back because of this video and I must say their customer service beats any restaurant honestly such a good experience and worth the price.
하이디로는 일인당 5만원정도 생각하시면될것같애요^^ 그리고 국물은 중국에서 아마남쪽 북쪽에 따러서 먹냐않먹냐가 가릴수도있어요. 전 북쪽 (鸳鸯锅）매운탕이랑 않매운탕해서 식사끝나기전 않매운탕에 밥이랑같이먹어요^^ 근데 사천쪽은 엄청엄청매워서 아마국물드시기엔 무리일꺼에요.

Fried tofu rolls are my favorite in hotpot, I always have some at home. This makes me so excited for my birthday next month! Going out for all you can eat hotpot/barbecue is the best!

Hadilao is very popular in my country (especially among young people). Not because it's delicious, but because the service there is really good, it's worth the money we spend (not that I'm exaggerating, my place the staff service is really famous for its professionalism and funny too).

HaDiLao is really good but expensive haha. The way we eat the fried toufu is by holding it with chopsticks and put in for 3 secs only then take out, it’ll be crispy yet soft at the same time
