This is so true, most people cant be content with a peaceful life. We want drama, we want worry , we find it makes our lives exciting so we look for proplems even if they not our own. If we not part of the solution then we become part of the problem and that is a very dangerous place to be.

The one thing I have noticed is my ability to cut people off when I am disrespected. Don’t get me wrong, I hold no animosity to the person that has disrespected me. But my belief is once someone disrespects you, they have shown their true nature and nothing is going to stop them from doing it again. The only exception to this rule is family. In the case of each trait in this video I matched 100% thank you.

The drawback I am challenged with is I naturally absorb not only the qualities of Love, joy and happiness, but also the negativity that I sense in my immediate environment and situation. Takes me 3 1/2 days to shake and shed that error. The sad state of national and global affairs does not help what-so-ever.

I got a severe lashing a few weeks ago for making a new girl laugh and giggle, she decided to sit next to me, we had fun, I pissed off both the guys and the girls in the group, they were rude as hell to me, everyone at that meeting was over forty, most over fifty including myself. I don't talk a lot and usually leave the meetings after the closing prayer because no one wants to talk to me.

Everything that is said describes me to a tee except one one at the end , that is Sigma empaths don’t hold grudges. I can hold a grudge for 20 or 30 years against someone that’s said or done something hurtful to me. I do forgive eventually decades later but I never forget and also laugh when I hear years later that something other than health issues or death or the passing of their loved ones that hurt me through word or actions in my life have things go wrong in their lives.
About chatting with people... Sometimes can do hours. But the people speakin with, has to be openminded. People that reject straight away, is not interesting, like at all. NPCs... Short talk is non existent. There is simple politeness. But the conversation may go for hours, if the minds around is open to new ways of wieving the world..
Sigmas like to get awards we have earned but we do not work FOR awards. We work for the better good, therefore, we aren't chasing awards or the spotlight. And this Sigma doesn't particularly care for pets, except fish but I don't have them because caring for them requires more time and energy then I can spare currently. I don't like to see anything or anyone mistreated. So, although it would bring me great joy (as well as great relaxation) to have a fish tank, I expect to travel too often to properly care for them.

Like my friends mom even makes references to the weird shit I say on behalf of thier dogs. Yah the big dog is Chloe. I call her boucoup. She works at a jelly factory. Cause she's soooo fucking big and jealous she's the only dog (well they have a pug who's not gotta lot left after 15 years ) and like 5 cats. Also I bring gifts and take walks with others pets just for the hell of it
