    Nice demonstration! Yes, ingredients in order, as listed on recipe, and in their separate corners! I have an old Proctor Silex bread machine from the 90's, that sat dormant for over 20 years, and it came back to life, just as if it had been used yesterday. Been using it at least once a week for some fresh bread. No way I can let it cool off completely, haha. It's a real treat to butter some hot fresh bread! I don't have that tool to grab the handle, but made one out of an old fork, and it works well. Also, I remove the paddle after it gets done kneading, before rising, so it doesn't bake into the dough. On mine, it's really difficult to remove, once baked into the loaf.
    I've been making a three pound, white bread loaf, from breaddaddotcom, which uses 6tbsp of butter, and it makes awesome grilled cheese sandwiches.
    Happy bread making!

    I just got the machine, it’s great. That little metal tool is also used to get the paddles out of the bottom of the bread if they get stuck in there. Great vid!

      If the bread is falling after its bake time then make sure 1) You are using the correct setting. 2) Make sure that you are measuring all the ingredients correctly. 3) Make sure that the wet ingredients are at room temperature or at set temperature as for the instructions. I hope this help and If I can help please let me know.

    I think that this video is your best yet! I understand how to use this bread machine because you were so clear. Great job!
    One question: When you remove the bread from the pan, do the paddles stay in the loaf or do they come out? Do you have to do anything to remove the paddles from the bottom of the loaf of bread?

    • @Bunkysworkshop
      @Bunkysworkshop  3 роки тому +1

      The paddles will not stay in the bread if you only let the bread cool for about 10 or 15 minutes then remove your bread from the pan. If they do stay in the bottom of your loaf of bread you can just use the hook that I show in the video to remove the two blades.

    • @Bunkysworkshop
      @Bunkysworkshop  2 роки тому

      I would say you don’t have to sift the flour however if you want to do this perfectly I would weigh the flour out. When you are baking measurements are important. Diría que no tienes que tamizar la harina, sin embargo, si quieres hacerlo perfectamente, pesaría la harina. Cuando está horneando, las medidas son importantes.
