Good stuff. I know you avoid vinegar as well. Dr. Greger thinks vinegar is the bomb. I think the body needs to buffer the acidity, so it uses calcium from the bones and teeth. I think it is like alcohol in strength and can pickle anything over time. I also think it is a double whammy to the tissues when it is accompanied by salt, i.e., salt and vinegar chips, because of the displacement of bicarb and the pickling effect (not to mention the oils used in cooking the chips). Katherine Reid, PhD. in "Fat, Stressed, and Sick," mentions vinegar as a problematic substance. I think the high use of vinegar in the vegan diet is the cause of more bone fractures in vegans and the rate of osteoporosis(penia). We also know that alcohol causes cancer, so why not make this connection to vinegar as well?
Wim Hof would not agree.. 😂.... I will absolutely 200% agree with working out! I never get sick and working out is a major factor for this.. as I have tested on myself. There are other factors I attribute to my immune health... Plants, sunlight, fasting, reduced stress, social connections, mushrooms (both kinds), reduced UPF, reduced alcohol, sleep program
👍💟🙏 ? Do neck lymph nodes shrink or actually Disappear with older population? Does that affect immune system, or anything? I notice how thin necks are in older vegans- not all- perhaps it’s based on their body weight or genetics. Doesn’t average head weight 8-9 pounds??
Dr Mcdougall routinely has pts eat 90% starch, 5% veggies, 5% fruits. Papua New Guinea ate 93% starch from sweet potatos. Asian populations often ate 90% of calories from rice. Ideally, one should eat some greens every day, but I have sometimes gone 2 weeks without any in recent years and did not notice any difference. However, I do try to eat them every day. Dr Greger says that beans and greens are the two healthiest foods. Dr Mcdougall says sweet potatos are the healthiest foods. People can survive on just sweet potatos or potatos and vit B12 supplement. However, it's good to eat greens and fruits for antioxidants, vit C, etc. Greens also provide magnesium (it's in the center of chlorophyll) and nitrates (precursors to make nitric oxide).
Thanks for posting these videos.
Thank you again, Doctor! ❤
Having a hard time hearing you in the last couple videos did you change your microphone? thanks for the videos

I have a question please….
Green don’t taste good to me, can I just eat lentils, potatoes, fruits and whole intact grain like oat groat and barley?
