After I am done spraying one driveway my tote spray system pump gets thick and the pump will shut down because the flapper inside gets gunked up and stops. Am I not adding enough water to my coal tar??

If your pump is shutting down and losing prime it’s because the sealer is too thick. If you’re using coal tar you should dilute around 30% with water.

You guys put a little too much water in their It's post to be thick like a milkshake

Morning Sam! Actually the sealer is diluted at 20%. When we referred to a milkshake we were saying not to over agitate the sealer or it may turn foamy like a over blended milkshake.

Which unit is that? What kind of truck is that? Wouldnt the unit be too heavy for the truck?

Andrew Stephanos this is the AK130 spray system on a F150. No it’s not too heavy. Weight with sealer is 1400 pounds.

What year is that f150? Are the bigger units safe to carry on an f150?

Andrew Stephanos I believe that truck was a 2007. We don’t recommend putting anything larger than the 130 in an F150 or smaller.
