@@BeersnGearsOfficial was looking at what they are selling for now, and just the pedal is selling for a decent price.. I have the box, warranty card, unused stomp lock in its little box, the Velcro bottom and glow in the dark pedal sticker unused!
Never have I had a distortion pedal this silent. It can be at full gain and be boosted by an overdrive and still hardly no noise. No noise gate needed with this also. Kinda wanna open up mine and install sockets and swap out diodes.
I'm guessing the mid/freq control? So, the mid is the same as the high and low. Just a cut/boost ability. The Frequency adjust where that boost/cut is going to be. It'll take it from bosst/cut the high mids to low mids and anywhere in between. Kinda similar to an eq pedal.
My favorite? That's a tough one. I love the sound of the HM-2 the most. I no longer own this one, or the Fullbore, I still own the Metalcore. Of the 3, I'd say the Digitech is my favorite. A lot more versatility than the others.
This is a rare gem. Currently using the TL-2 with my ESP (EMGs). Agreed! Sounds good with all the settings set at 12 o'clock. Only thing I change sometimes is the Level settings especially when practicing late nights.
Yeah. These pedals do work off a 9v battery just as good. I'm not sure how long the battery will last, just remember to unplug your chord when you're not using it.
@@BeersnGearsOfficial Very nice Thanks for the info and quick reply. I was hoping it wasnt worthless and have to throw away.BTW what are the specs for the power supply so I might get one again Thx
The 3 worst distortion pedal video was the first video I watched from you like around last month. Great video and pretty good tone. This pedal sounds good too. What was that noise at the beginning 0:00 ?
I am not a metal guy. But this pedal is my to go pedal for a real great guitar sound since 8 years.
I was just considering selling my TL 2, after watching this imma hang on to it 😎🤘
Yeah, it's a good one. 🤘🤘

The knobs on this one always confused me.

can you compare with MXR fullbore metal or Boss Metalcore? or what is your favourite distortion pedal in general ?

I have one of these but no power supply. Will it still work with the onboard 9volt battery?

It's a 9v supply. Any would do. The One-Spot 9v are really good. There on Amazon for not a lot of money.
@@BeersnGearsOfficial Found an old 9v PS in my electronics scrap pile. Works! THX
