Can I set the temperature probe to notify me when the meat reaches an interim temperature (to apply a sauce), AND to continue monitoring until the meat reaches the desired doneness?
You can set different temperature alerts for different probes, this will let you set one alert to apply the sauce and then use another probe for desired doneness
