Nice Video Could you please check if your headlights are positive switching or negative switching. Honda Amaze wiring seems to be negative switching. So led might not work.
I will surely check and inform , but if your having some issue wit the working of the light you can change the pin from right to left of the headlight coupler , not the center one but the one in the side so you could change the switching and your problem will be solved, just check and inform

If your wiring is a positive switching type and mine a negative, the LED won't be working, even if I swap the terminals.

As I have used my friends car which is fitted led osram light its very effective. And if you are looking for more brighter just go for HID. How effective is led with reflector ? Reflectors may not throw the light evenly .. projectors with led is better I guess .

The problem is blind the opposite drivers as the refelector is designed for halogen and not for LED

You fixed it correctly,, just apply some force to reach the end... So the fan gets air and it gets cooled fast
