Company I used to work for we did work for a nursing/assisted living home. All their “apartments” if you will had old carrier fan coil units that were electric heat straight air. I carried a box of those 24v relays and the sequencers they used. 99.9% of the time if no heat it was one or the other lol.
I picked these up at a small supplier in my area which was walking distance from where I was working. "Economy refrigeration & Ventilation supply". They are great and got what you need for good prices. Thanks for watching!

Yes I know I'm a retired oil burner mechanic from long Island. I worked in all 5 boroughs and on long island. I know your pain parking and working in Manhattan. Snowbirding now, no more winters for me lol.
