  • Introducing Crown Royal, Is This Lee's Next 200? // Lee and Tiffany Lakosky
On this episode, Lee introduces the last of his top 4 target bucks of the 2023 season. A buck he's calling "Crown Royal" is now on the hit list and he goes over the strategy in place to hunt him once the Western run is over.
Lee is also utilizing the Vail equipment to carve out the small half acre plots needed to plant the Ani-Logics Amazing Grains. This is the last piece of the puzzle needed to hunt the 3 other target bucks he's calling Sprorky, Gomez and Twin Towers.

What's crazy is that Iowa regulations state if you move to Iowa for the intentions of hunting you are not eligible for resident hunting licenses. There's been a ton of social media influence that has done this. I think they need to redo the regulation.

Could you elaborate more on that?!? I’ve never in my life heard of a law saying if you move to a state specifically to hunt, they wouldn’t give you a license?!? Thts nuts!!
How would they prove that anyways?

His secret is to buy isolated farms, develop year round feed sources, and control the hunting pressure closely. I bet he has more trail cameras for poacher surveillance than he does for the deer.

Can’t brag about deer you feed unnatural food, should change record books to free range deer verse garden fed, they may not be in a fence but what you plant there makes it that way, now I know what it means by growing deer, just look at your antler collection, nothing normal about that. Love deer love the clean content and education but you cannot say that these deer are natural habitat deer

Sorta agree. Ive been watching Lee for 15 years. No doubt alot of hard work goes into what he does. However, he is literally farming for deer. Not sure how it is still fun to shoot dozens and dozens of monster bucks that you document since they are basically fawns. I'm happy for Lee and his success, he found a way to make a living on his own.

Look at the positive, 100's of deer... the whole herd in the area benefits from all these projects and they only kill a couple each year. They are definitely giving back more than they are taking. Who cares if a deer is killed in a food plot or in the woods. Keep up the good work and knowledge coming to us, Lee.
