This video is pretty much an RDO Review in 2023. The state of RDO in 2023 is a common talking point in the RDR2 Online community and the Rockstar Games community as a whole. RDR2 will be 5 years old this year. But Rockstar and Take-Two always failed to release good RDO updates, it's rare for a new RDO update to enter the scene. We'll see what the RDR2 Steam page has to make of all this...

Rdro griefing can get pretty bad at times, There's some players that log on just to murder all of a town and have no problem killing you to, Not only that some people just pretend to act friendly with someone that's hunting and when they get a perfect pelt they kill you and take the pelt for themselves
Yeah it really does vary
Rdo was awesome, i played it for about 3 years and was pretty good at the pvp side of it, so any griefers ended up being the griefed if they attacked me. Unfortunately many of the cheaters ruined it with lag switching, off radar and god mode.
Cheaters are never fun to deal with and just ruin online gaming

Ive has both of the first two things happened too much 30 minutes straight of being spawn killed for being shot at so I pulled a gun out and was griefed for 30 minutes

Been playing it again this past few weeks. Sad it didnt get the love from R* that it deserves. I constantly find myself saying "i hope they added this..." and remember its dead

I have just started playing RDRO and enjoying it real well. I have encountered one asshole so far on public attacking me when I spawned in at Valentine , I really have played mostly on solo lobby though, trying to learn the game. Im currently level 40. I did have problems with Rockstar launcher but was able to sort it out finally.
I avoid using Steam as much as I can because ..........well its full of idiots thats why I got online straight from Rockstar. I do not like all that Steam shit running in background as well.
I just last week got a new custom computer and I think the game looks awesome ! On my old computer I had to run it mostly on medium settings, now its all ultra and looks sweet. So far its only game I have loaded on the new rig and really am enjoying it.
Trying to figure out what keys do what on PC as most guides are for consoles is kinda a pain in the ass.
The fishing is the best I have ever seen in a MMO ! I been playing MMOs for over 20 years now.
I wish I had started playing it sooner but was stuck on Guild Wars 2 . I played GW2 for 8 years but decided to move on and tried a couple of games but RDRO is the one I like the best right now.

The only online game that I like is RDO. I like how they make the gold hard to get at the beggining. It just makes the game more challenging and worth it.
Most of the people who left negative reviews have like 300+ Hrs playtime lmfao

i rarely get messed with. if i do its when i hang around valintine for too long. but i never get my moonshine destroyed or anything

I definitely just walked out of a store and had somebody shoot me, but I believe you could always get away from it. I don't think It's that bad.
