10 minutes healthy roasted carrots with yogurt recipe | Make this amazing delicious yogurt meal

  • CARROTS choose one:
    Regular carrots (5 medium), peeled, cut into long
    spices :
    1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp cooking salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp chilli flakes
    YOGURT SAUCE - mix:
    1 cup plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp garlic, finely grated
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp extra olive oil you needed
    1 tsp coriander leaves
    GARNISHES:
    2 tbsp finely chopped coriander/parsley leaves
    Method :
    1. Toss carrots with oil/olive oil 1 tsp Toasted
    2. After 10 min, take oil, spices, salt and pepper. Put back in oven or pan for 20-25 min or until crispy on outside (but don't leave in so long the inside goes rock hard).
    3. Carrots - Roast for 30 min, tossing once halfway, until edges caramelised and carrots are soft.
    4. Assemble - Swirl yogurt sauce on plate, top with carrots. Serve this healthy breakfast!
