Air Fryer Cumin Chicken Skewers

Recipe:
1 ½ lb chicken thighs
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 teaspoons cumin seeds
1. Cut chicken thighs into small cubes.
2. Add chicken to a bowl and add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, honey, garlic, black pepper and cumin seeds.
3. Cover and let marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
4. Push the chicken pieces onto a skewer, one piece at a time.
5. Place skewers in an air fryer and cook on 380F for 10 minutes. Flip skewers and cook for another 5-8 minutes.
