Spot on review, exactly my thoughts, sadly I actually liked the fast forwarding to the edge of the window on the 2020, very nice to freestyle handlepasses .. 2021 Is not going to work anymore :( ... got to buy a Pulse now!
They have a pretty different feel. I would say that the Orbit is quicker turning with a snappier feel to the bar than the XR. The XR has a bigger usable wind range with a spongier feel to the bar. Both amazing kites that are surprisingly user-friendly. Most importantly both go REALLY BIG!
VIKING H I own xr6 8,10 and 12 butt they are really slow in steering and reacting , I fly the 10 mostly so after one year I’m really looking to something snappier and faster. (Btw the 8 is great) I think the Orbit 2021 or the Rebel 2021 does this better. Butt I will test them first ;-)

i tried both, ended up buying XR6. But the answer to your question is, the orbit is faster.

I don't like the blue colour, 1st. edition were way nicer, just saying

Yeah those guys are mutant kiteboarders. Watching them kite in person it seems like a different sport.

R van Keulen I have seen a few use the rebel with the core pro bar, that could be an option
R van Keulen i own a xr6 and ive Used the rebel plenty of times and i actually feel like the rebel is slower then the xr6
