How to Make Homemade Pizza Rolls | Pizza Rolls Recipe

Pizza Rolls
Ingredients:
Pepperonis
Mozzarella Cheese
Wonton Wrappers
Crushed Tomatoes
Yellow Onion
Fresh Parsley
Sugar
Minced Garlic
Salted Butter
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Season All
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Crushed Red Pepper
Italian Seasoning
Basil Leaves
Parsley Flakes
Directions:
Prep
1. Dice 2/3 of yellow onion
2. Chop fresh parsley
Sauce
3. In a skillet, add 1 tbsp of olive oil
4. Add dice onions
5. Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic
6. Add 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
7. Season to taste with season all, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, basil leaves, parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes
8. Cover with lid and allow to simmer for 10 minutes on low heat
9. Add 1 cup of chicken broth
10. Add 1 tbsp of sugar
11. Cover with lid and allow to simmer for 10 minutes
12. Remove from heat, mix, and allow to cool
Pizza Rolls
13. Add a tsp of marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, a pepperoni, and more mozzarella to a wonton wrapper
14. Fold wonton like an envelope and seal corners with water
Cook
15. Fry pizza rolls for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown (flip to ensure each side cooks evenly)
Garlic Butter
16. In a bowl, melt 1/2 stick of butter
17. Add about 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 2 tbsps of grated parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley
18. Pour garlic butter over pizza rolls and toss
19. Enjoy!
