If you are sharing UK Air Traffic Control audio, you are probably breaking the law!

I have been flying for 11 years but only had a license for 4. I have been streaming at Gloucestershire Airport the general comings and goings over the past yeat and have also included ATC audio. On the 1st May I had an email from Ofcom instructing me to remove the offending videos as “It is an offence under Section 48 Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 to disclose information as to the content of a message which was not intended for you.”
I just wanted to explain the background around why I won’t be including ATC audio on my live streams any longer.
