The guy from New Jazz has a pretty nice approach here, which is actually the easiest possible way to "learn" the blues scale in all 12 keys, since you don't really need to learn it for every key. There is one handgrip that works on all 12 keys. The fingering is simply: 1234 12 1234 12... In Bb it might not be perfect but it is a pretty cool approach for all keys together because it simplifies things so much that you can also easily play out of key without thinking too much and spending hours for internalizing the fingering of the blues scale for every single key.
