Testimonial by Sopheary Sok, Drexel University, Calm Clarity College Scholar

Sopheary Sok is a first-generation college freshman at Drexel University. She participated in Calm Clarity Leadership training at Villanova University November 10-11, 2018 as part of the Calm Clarity College Scholar Program.
Sopheary shares how the workshop has changed her way of perceiving the world and her own thoughts. It's shed light on things she didn't know she had control over. She said the training gives a lot of tips on how to navigate daily life and that it feels like she "went to a two-day Ted Talk."
Sopheary encourages people interested to come do the workshop. She says, "It can benefit anyone. Definitely do it. I think it's very, very beneficial... everyone can take away something. Do it for yourself. Come."
