Greg's insights on making daily tasks effortless are spot on. Entrepreneurs can apply the 'Essentialism' concept by using the 80/20 rule to identify the 20% of their tasks that will yield 80% of results, focusing on high-impact activities. Remember, it's not about being busy, it's about being productive.

actually it's not about being productive, it's about being IMPACTFUL. i.e. making ONE phone call if it's a high impact phone call is better than making 20 average impact phone calls

Hey, Tim. I was just about to start reading your book again. I’m 14( from Bulgaria we’re about 9400km apart) and I’ve been hustling around and reading books(like yours and for self development) for well over a year. Your idea of reaching out to successful people really sticked with me so I have a simple question.
What is the most meaningful lesson you’ve learned so far. I hope I get an answer! I really admire you.

Really wonderful conversation! As someone who is very “goal” oriented… I sometimes struggle with my North Star … my reason for wanting these goals in the first place. Thank you Tim and Greg

1:00:00 Greg doesn't have a clue what self-transcendance is. It has nothing to do with other people and relationships. This is just more selfishness! Self-transcendance is going beyond the self, the sense of 'me' or 'I' within. Also called a non-dual awakening, or a deep permanent ego dissolution. It's actually a dissolution of all relationships because these are all predicated on the illusion of a 'me' and 'other'. Self-transcendace is far more profound than Greg or Tim understand. It's a complete side step in the Heriarchy of Needs model, rather than a step upwards. It's a step out of the model entirely. Only a 'self' engages with a hierarchy of needs, of course. Transcending the self is transcending the model and ultimately everything you hold close - your family, friends, your entire life.

9 mins of ads, Jesus. Also, as soon as you mention food supplements, the whole thing feels quite scammy.
