FYI the places like Kallang and Elias Mall those are called kopitiam or coffeeshops, not hawker centres. Bedok interchange that food place is what is called a hawker centre or food centre.
I'm not particularly targeting any category or genre. Since I'm posting my travels I also add in eats for my foodie kaki. But I don't post so often, maybe less tiring for you.
When I travel, I 'll try all the different dishes here and there. So HK lots of food? Yes!! But some food in Singapore (or any where else) may not be available back in HK.
Speaking in cantonese doesn't mean they are from HK. KL/Penang people speaks cantonese. Even in Singapore there are people who speaks in Cantonese especially the older generation and people around Chinatown area.
