This is a short behind the scene video of my wedding workshop in conjunction with Olympus UK. Also some small tips that I would like to share from my experience. Please share yours here and we can all learn together! 👊🏻👊🏻📸📸 Oh yes, we had SNOW for about 10 mins!!!!!!
Nothing :) This is a straight convertor and not a tele-convertor. There's no lens element inside and just allows the M4/3 cameras to talk to the lens to control aperture and AF.
Red35 Photography Ok now that’s great. I am an old time Nikon shooter that just recently got my first Omd mark2 and I find this camera great in so many ways. I shoot a wide range of stuff and one of them are birds. So what you are saying is that I with this converter I would be able to hook my camera up with the old 4/3 Slr 300mm 2.8 and get full control of the aperture as well as the AF? By the way thank you for great videos!
Some nice tips and nice look at shooting. Nice and surprising to see you bust out the non-micro 4/3 lens on the outdoor shoot in the snow (looked like rain). Big piece of glass and a very nice one too.
Thanks Craig!! Yeah, I love that old 35-100mm 4/3 lens, it's huge and heavy but one of the nicest thing about it is the rendering, which is something else. I do like the look of it and it's F/2! Yeah that snow did surprise us a little 😂
Well, yes I do know about that, true is that in NL there is 0 workshops. Closest are in germany and nothing wedding related. But any way thank you, I will find other way, for my jurney.
Thanks Tomas! Well, if you don't mind the travel, I can let you know when my next UK workshop is :) I do have a few in planning though they are more portrait related.

Red35 Photography What long lens was it you used at the workshop?
It's the super cool and rare Zuiko 35-100mm f/2.0 ED (for the original 4/3 DSLRs) and used with MMW3 adaptor on the EM1 Mark II
Red35 Photography Okey cool! How much light do the converter take away?
A stop?
