You can actually jump peek silently without anything above your head or anything elevated close to you but it requires a Lot of skill: Simply do a normal silent jump and add in the motion of a jump peek
at this point even silver players know that theyre gonna get wide swung after getting jiggled sooo thats not really anything now. in some cases you might even wanna just dedicated swing after jiggling cuz thats unexpected now
