When you see the thing that pops up under it, you'll see the file downloading when finished, click the folder image to the side of it. Extract that into your mods folder. :) I didnt use winrar and I was fine.

You download the file, then use something like winrar to extract into your Documents/Sims 4/Mods file

have a sim who's a young adult or older live with the teen, and then kill them off. the teen will be able to live on their own!
