Thank you so much. I do retail arbitrage and the invoices from my suppliers (regular stores) are not being accepted. And I have received 3 counterfeit claims. (and they are very vague) when I contact Amazon they ask me for a letter authorizing me to sell the merchandise (target) is never going to give me this letter. So always I hit a dead end. Hopefully this strategy will work. I subscribed already to your channel. ❤❤❤
Hello, thanks for the video, I was actually looking for ways to resolve an infringement complaint I have on my account, the complaint is apparently for the images. Amazon suggests I contact the rights owner and have them retract the complaint. This product was already been sold on amazon so i didn't have to have my own images or create another Asin for the listing. So could I use the same template to contact the content owner? What's your suggestion?
Thanks for watching! For your situation, I suggest contacting the rights owner directly to request a retraction, rather than using the DMCA counter-notice template. You can explain that the images were already in use on Amazon and if possible, you can tell them that you'll create new images for the listing. Be polite and provide any evidence you have. Remember, I'm not a lawyer, so for the best advice, it's always good to consult with a legal professional who specializes in copyright issues. Hope that helps.
