Man this game and the previous 10 games for Kobe was the best I've seen Kobe play in years. Playing 48 minutes a game, guarding star point guards and shutting them down and hitting shots like he was possessed. I wasn't surprised that he tore his achilles. If it wasn't for all the injuries that year he wouldn't have had to carry as much weight as he did that season. He burnt himself out.
