hi friends ♡ here’s the recipe for vegan miyeokguk: 60g / 1 cup chopped shiitake mushrooms 21g / ½ cup dried wakame seaweed 2 tablespoons sesame oil 3 tablespoons soy sauce 8 cups water (I used less) ½ tablespoon mushroom seasoning soak dried seaweed in water for about 10 minutes in advance heat sesame oil in a pot on medium-high heat add shiitake mushrooms and sauté until golden add seaweed and soy sauce and sauté for ~1-2 minutes add water and mushroom seasoning and mix thoroughly bring to a boil and then simmer for ~an hour enjoy ◡̈
