Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 KG
Marination:
Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp
Curd 1 cup
Salt to taste
Green paste:
Freah Coriander - handfull of X 2
Fresh Mint - handfull of X 2
GreenChili - 15 nos
Oil - 6-7 Tbsp
Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, Star, Bayleaf.
Onion - 4 large
Minced Garlic and ginger - 4 Tbsp
Tomato - 2 Large
Marinated Chicken
Green paste
Coriander powder - 2 Tbsp
Garama Masala - 2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 6 cup
Jeera rice - 4 cup (cleaned)
Lime juice - 1 nos.
Ghee - 4 Tbsp
