As a note, once you complete the rune quest, the Shadowtooth Emissary turns into a vendor where you can buy a bunch of really great pre-bis gear in exchange for more Wild Offerings. This makes farming the core dungeons relevant for anyone that has already completed the rune quest, which I think is pretty cool! Oof man, I’m not sure. Can you not even get the quest? You should be able to disbanded the quest and start over? I’d look up the quest and see where it starts, and then see if you can replicate it. If you aren’t at the starting point, maybe try following the chain and seeing if you’re on any of those steps. Otherwise, open a ticket with blizzard support would be the last resort

Do you know I already have the three wild offerings can I just go complete the quest and skip everything
You SHOULD be able to skip the pre-quest if you have the wild offerings, but I forget so if you can confirm that would be great.
I need help, I threw away the Raventhold seal months ago, is there any way to get it back? no rogue trainer gives me the seal
